Après avoir travaillé dans les enterprises pendant trois décennies (pour votre info, j’ai commencé a travailler quand j’avais 12 ans ), enfin j’ai décidé de retourner a l’école. Je vais commencer mon CAP cuisine à Ecole Christian Vabret Boulangerie Pâtisserie Cuisine à Aurillac pour 7 mois. C’est mon rêve depuis quelques années mais je n’ai jamais pensé à quitter mon travail dans l’informatique et à poursuivre CAP cuisine en France! Mais ça arrive vraiment. Je suis heureux et j’ai hate de le commencer. Nous allons agrandir nos activités aux Les Petits Cousins du Quebec B&B l’année prochaine! Table d’hôtes?

After having worked in corporations for 3 decades (fyi, I started to work when I was 12 years old ), I finally decided to go back to school. I will start my French cooking diploma at Ecole Christian Vabret Boulangerie Pâtisserie Cuisine in Aurillac for 7 months. It has been a dream of mine since several years but I never thought that I could finally leave behind my IT work life and embark this new adventure in cooking in France! But it is happening. I am so happy and excited to start it. We will expand our offerings in Les Petits Cousins du Quebec B&B next year, wait for our next updates!
